    • Groups of 10 - 60 save $2.00 over single ticket prices
    • Groups of 60 - 120 save $3.00 over single ticket prices

Box Office Policies

Company J 2011-2012 Season - Box Office Policies

  • Tickets: May be purchased online, by phone or in person at the box office window.  Online tickets purchases are made through a third party service tix.com and carry extra ordering fees.  Please note that only a limited number of tickets are made available to this third party and that there are normally a lot more seats available by phone or in person than online.  Purchases made by phone carry a $3 per transaction fee.  There are no fees for tickets purchased in person at the box office window.
  • Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable.
  • Seating: All seats for Company J performances are reserved.
  • Payment: The Box Office accepts Cash, Check, Visa, American Express, Discover and MasterCard.
  • Reservations: The Box Office does not take reservations, however tickets may be purchased by phone with a Visa, American Express, Discover or MasterCard.
  • Handicapped Seating: Please notify the Box Office of any physical mobility issues at the time of ticket purchase so that we may provide appropriate seating for patrons needs. Patrons with special needs will receive priority seating to accommodate those needs.
  • Exchanges: Ticket exchanges will incur a $2.00 per ticket Exchange Fee in addition to any up-charges should the tickets be exchanged for a more expensive performance.  There are no refunds should you exchange your tickets for a less expensive performance.
  • Convenience Charge: A $3.00 Convenience Charge will be added to each order by phone, mail or fax. There is no Convenience Charge for tickets purchased in person at the Box Office Window.
  • Discounts: Discounts apply only when the ticket is being used by the individual qualifying for the discount. Example: only tickets to be used by members of the MJCCA may be purchased at the Member price.
  • MJCCA Membership Discount: We must be able to verify within our system a current membership in order to receive the membership discount for any tickets purchased.
  • Atlantix: Several tickets per performance will be allotted to the Atlantix Half Price Booth.
  • Late Seating: Latecomers will be seated at an appropriate time during the show at the House Manager's discretion.
  • Sell Outs: Should a performance reach "sold out" status, a waiting list will be taken at the Box Office starting one hour prior to curtain. During the following hour all tickets donated back to the theater will be held until approximately 10 minutes prior to curtain at which time those individuals on the wait list will be called to the Box Office to purchase any available tickets. Those on the wait list are NOT guaranteed tickets to the show, merely the opportunity to purchase them should they become available.

House Policies

  • All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket in order to be admitted into the theater. Please be aware that not all performances are suitable for children. Infants will not be admitted to adult programs/performances. Parents will be asked to remove children who create a disturbance & will not be issued a refund.
  • Cameras and recording devices are strictly prohibited.
  • The Box Office must be notified of any physical mobility issues at the time of ticket purchase in order to provide appropriate seating for patron's needs. The Box Office recommends patrons with special needs (wheelchair, visual impairment etc.) purchase tickets as far in advance as possible so that they may receive priority seating to accommodate those needs.
  • Latecomers will be seated at an appropriate time during the show at the House Manager's discretion.
  • Please turn off all pagers and cell phones prior to the beginning of each performance and following intermission. Please limit conversation during performances.
  • Restrooms are located across from theater entrance and are handicapped accessible.
  • Concessions will be sold at intermission at most performances. No food or drink is allowed in the theater. Capped bottled water is permitted.
  • The Box Office will open one hour prior to each performance. The house will open 30 minutes before the scheduled performance.
  • In case of emergency during a performance, please call the MJCCA front desk at 678.812.4000. Please make sure to leave your seating location with your babysitter.

NOTE: The box office follows the MJCCA's holiday schedule and will be closed when the MJCCA is closed.
