About Company J

Mission Statement

Company J (at the MJCCA) provides a nurturing environment for theater artists to train and develop their creative potential. Through dynamic productions and classes, we challenge our community to embrace its cultural life through the art of live performance.

Objectives supporting this mission statement:

• To produce at least four productions each season, one of which will be a production for children.
• To create partnerships with schools and local theaters that provides opportunities for sharing resources and the development of youth in theater.
• To nurture and sustain an internship program for emerging professionals from Atlanta and beyond
