MJCCA Day Camps offers exciting summer options for your children. With Traditional Camps, Specialty Camps, Teen Camps, Drama Camps, and Sports Camps, we truly have a variety of outstanding camps for every age and every interest.

Camp Isidore Alterman Traditional Camps

Traditional camp takes place on our 30+ acre outdoor campus that affords plenty of shade in our shelters and covered wooded areas. Every camp group has a daily schedule that includes a wide selection of age-appropriate activities such as archery, arts & crafts, boating & canoeing, cooking, horseback, Israeli Culture, low ropes, and more. All campers enjoy daily free swim, and rising kindergarten and first graders also have daily instructional swim. Theme days such as Maccabiah and Israel Day are scheduled throughout the summer. Campers are placed in same-gender groups based on grade level with low camper to staff ratios.

Camp Isidore Alterman Specialty Camps

Our specialty camps are the most diverse and exciting in town. From Legoland to Pinkalicious, CSI to Music Mayhem -- the choices are varied and endless! Campers spend the majority of the camp day participating in their specialty camp activities. Campers also participate in morning 'Boker Tov,' daily free swim, afternoon 'L'Hitraot,' and our Friday Shabbat program.

Camp Isidore Alterman Teen Camps

What’s more fun than camp versions of popular reality television shows? Our teen campers spend the summer in some of our most unique camps -- from “Ultimate Challenge” (our version of “Survivor”), “Project Style” (our version of “Project Runway”), “Mind Your Own Business” (our version of “The Apprentice”), “Take the Cake” (our version of “Cake Boss”), and so many more. In addition to exciting competitions, community service projects, and ultimate challenges, many of our teen camps include day trips to exciting local destinations.

Lynne & Howard Halpern Drama Camps

Our drama camps offer a professional, educational, fun-filled summer experience. Tailored to aged-based groups, drama camp provides a rewarding performance experience for each and every camper. The camp’s exciting performing arts curriculum features instruction in acting, auditioning, set painting, singing, scene creation, improvisation, and more.

MJCCA Sports Camps

Our sports camp offering includes traditional sports camps, dance camps, gymnastics camps, and tennis camps. Our traditional sports camps provide instruction on a wide range of sports. Our extensive dance, gymnastics, and tennis camp options provide indepth instruction and plenty of fun. Our hand-picked and highly-skilled staff of sports experts ensure that your child receives the best sports camp experience possible.
