Looking for a Boot Camp in Atlanta? Would you like to jump-start your fitness program? Then this Atlanta fitness class is for you! The MJCCA invites you to try this great six-week Boot Camp program. Our fitness trainers and class leaders will give you the challenge and motivation you seek.
This indoor/outdoor co-ed program provides an intense cardio workout combined with a variety of creative strength training exercises that utilize gravity and body resistance to challenge you physically and emotionally as you push yourself to reach new goals. Instructors incorporate a variety of techniques to create an efficient workout that never gets boring. You will also benefit from a sense of camaraderie and support as you and your fellow boot-campers take on this life-altering challenge together.
