Over 80 Fitness Classes Weekly

The MJCCA is proud to offer Les Mills™ Group Fitness Classes, a series of classes that include great music, passionate instructors and exhilarating workouts. These group fitness classes are becoming very popular as many of our members are making them a part of their regular fitness routine.

In addition to the original Les Mills BODYPUMP™ class which uses free weights for a total body workout, the MJCCA also offers BODYSTEP™, BODYFLOW™, BODYCOMBAT™, BODYATTACK™, and BODYVIVE™. All are great classes and you are invited to give them a try!

Les Mills Fitness Classes in Atlanta

MJCCA fitness Classes range from the gentle but effective mind-body exercises of Yoga and Low & Light to hard-core intensive spinning and BodyCombat™ classes. For those who like to throw a little rhythm and grace into the mix our Zumba classes incorporate dance.
