Programs & Events

At the MJCCA Preschools, we encourage you and your entire family to become part of our preschool family. Whether you are considering our preschools or your children have been learning here for years, we hope you will join us for our events and see for yourself the laughter, learning, and love happening every day.

Our Open Houses are a great way for interested parents to walk the halls, observe classes in action, and meet some of the educators who make our preschools stellar. 

Every Friday we all gather for a heartwarming and musical Shabbat Sing. Give your child or grandchild a big hug as you welcome Shabbat with your preschool family in the Zaban Park Morris & Rae Frank Theater or the beautiful sanctuary at Temple Kol Emeth. Shabbat Sing is open to all and is a wonderful way to experience the warmth and spirit of our schools.

Every child has Very Important People in his life. We invite your child's VIP to light up his day by joining us for VIP Day. VIPs will join the children in their classrooms for a morning filled with Shabbat Sing, a classroom activity and snack time. Throughout the year our preschool hosts a cadre of special events that are made even more special when our families join us. Please be sure to join us for Bagels on Blankets, Popsicles on the Playground, family Shabbat dinners, Havdalah celebrations, and many other fun-filled family events.

For parents looking to enhance their Jewish learning, plan to attend the Foundations of Jewish Living class: Your Child Has Questions; Now You'll Have the Answers. Your preschooler is learning about the meaning of mitzvot and core Jewish values. Let us teach YOU the same lessons, so that you can continue the conversation at home.
