The MJCCA depends on volunteer coaches to help make our soccer, basketball, flag football, and baseball programs successful.
Coaching one of our youth sports teams can be a remarkably rewarding experience. Not only will you pass on your passion for sports, you will also have the opportunity to help instill important values such as teamwork, cooperation, respect for others, and good sportsmanship. All MJCCA coaches have access to resources, tips, and opportunities to attend professional coaching clinics run by our staff.
