Two 1-hour training sessions per week (Sunday plus one weeknight) guide our athletes through a 12-week training program designed to develop and improve running, swimming, and cycling techniques while preparing participants for a triathlon!
Participants improve their fitness level and learn proper race etiquette in a fun, safe, and positive environment. From beginners to seasoned athletes, this program challenges participants and allows them to achieve success and meet health and wellness goals. The training program culminates with all the athletes participating in a triathlon at Zaban Park.
