The MJCCA supports its young multi-sport athletes by offering programs designed to simply to improve overall health, fitness, and train for an actual triathlon. 

Triathlon Training for Youth and Adults in Atlanta

Youth Triathlon Training Program

Two 1-hour training sessions per week (Sunday plus one weeknight) guide our athletes ages 7 to 14 through a 12-week training program designed to develop and improve correct running, swimming, and cycling techniques. The training program builds endurance and culminates in a kids' triathlon at Zaban Park.
