The MJCCA supports its young multi-sport athletes by offering programs designed to simply to improve overall health, fitness, and train for an actual triathlon.
Two 1-hour training sessions per week (Sunday plus one weeknight) guide our athletes ages 7 to 14 through a 12-week training program designed to develop and improve correct running, swimming, and cycling techniques. The training program builds endurance and culminates in a kids' triathlon at Zaban Park. Click here to find programs currently registering.
