The MJCCA supports its multi-sport athletes by offering programs designed to push you toward your goals – whether those goals are to complete an actual triathlon or simply to improve overall health and fitness.
Two 1-hour training sessions per week (Sunday plus one weeknight) guide our athletes ages 7 to 14 through a 12-week training program designed to develop and improve correct running, swimming, and cycling techniques. The training program builds endurance and culminates in a kids' triathlon at Zaban Park. Click here to find programs currently registering.

The MJCCA Tri Club supports and encourages adult members training for triathlons of all distances through professionally guided training sessions and some healthy competition. Tri Club members gain physical, spiritual, mental, and emotional balance while experiencing the joys of training and improving their overall wellness.
