Celebrate High Holidays with the MJCCA

From a High Holiday Workout, to a Sukkot Farm-to-Table Festival, the MJCCA offers the community a variety of unique, meaningful experiences throughout the High Holiday season.

The Marcus Jewish Community Center of Atlanta (MJCCA) is hosting a variety of events in September and October, to celebrate, embolden reflection, and to inspire personal growth and change.

“During the High Holidays, we are encouraged to nurture our bodies and our minds, and renew our spiritual health,” says Rabbi Brian Glusman. This year, the MJCCA invites the Atlanta community to participate in a variety of meaningful events.

MJCCA High Holiday Events are open to the community, and include:

  • Daily Shofar Blasts at the MJCCA

During the days leading up to Rosh Hashanah, MJCCA celebrates the tradition of blowing the shofar (ram’s horn) with Daily Shofar Blasts, August 23 – September 19, (Monday – Friday) at 11:00 am, on Main Street at the MJCCA, Zaban Park (5342 Tilly Mill Road, Dunwoody).
