The Answer to Your Family-Related Questions

Our new MJCCA Family Resource Center (MFRC) is the answer to all of your family-related questions and concerns. Wondering how to prepare your child for kindergarten? For high school? For college? How to  have for “the talk” with your youngster? Or, how to be a better grandparent? These questions and more will be answered when you attend one of our many classes, lectures, or programs.  

With this new Family Resource Center, the MJCCA continues to strive to meet the needs of our community, while at the same time fulfilling our core mission of inspiring meaningful connections for you and your families. We will provide you with new and exciting ways to develop and hone the skills necessary to keep you a confident, socially-conscious, and well-informed member of our community.

The goal of our Family Resource Center is to increase family cohesiveness and to broaden your knowledge on any number of topics. Whether you are a couple planning for a first child; parents of a newborn, toddler, or school-aged child; or an adult child caring for an elder family member, the MJCCA Family Resource Center serves to provide you with the classes and resources to assist you on your journey.

Family Resource Center Courses

These one-time or multi-session courses will address parenting topics for parents and grandparents in a positive, modern way and provide helpful tips and take-home materials:
