Jewish youth and teens are a priority for the MJCCA. We are committed to enhancing their Jewish journeys through the programs we offer as part of JCC Maccabi Experience: JCC Maccabi Games®, JCC Maccabi ArtsFest® and JCC Maccabi Israel®.

JCC Maccabi ArtsFest®

JCC Maccabi ArtsFest® helps JCCs reach to a new teen audience through the arts. ArtsFest inspires Jewish teens through a dynamic combination of workshops, performance, exhibition, community service, social activities, recognition of excellence and fun to develop their individuality through the medium of artistic expression while strengthening their bonds to Jewish heritage, community, and Israel.

JCC Maccabi Games®

Every year, the MJCCA sends Team Atlanta, a delegation of teen athletes, to the JCC Maccabi Games®.  The games are held every Summer at JCCs across the United States. 

For many teens, sports and recreation experiences serve as a significant point of entry into the organized Jewish community. The JCC Maccabi Games® can change the life of a Jewish 13 to 16-year-old. For five days, teens are immersed in a sports and recreation program imbued with Jewish experiences. The JCC Maccabi Games® contribute to the maintenance and enrichment of Jewish identity in youth and to the development of values and leadership through sportsmanship.

JCC Maccabi Israel®

JCC Maccabi Israel® teen-travel program provides the ultimate Israel experience, and builds a meaningful, lifelong connection to the Jewish State. With JCC Maccabi Israel®, teens learn, grow, and discover with friends, creating memories that last a lifetime.
