Through group training sessions, in all aspects of triathlon, access to training partners, education, a fun and supportive environment the Tri Club of the MJCCA facilitates a mutual support group and provides accountability for accomplishing any and all triathlon goals. Group & partner driven training helps build confidence and gives an added push toward maximizing your training time and reaching your full potential. Boot CampThe Boot Camp at the MJCCA is a 6-week indoor/ outdoor co-ed fitness program that blends intense cardio exercises with creative and dynamic strength training into efficient, invigorating FULL BODY WORKOUTS. Every workout is DIFFERENT- instructors use a variety of terrain and training spaces on-site for optimal results. We're not concerned about where you are, but where you're gong. The Boot Camp is all about community. There is no better way to take your fitness to the next level! Boot Camp classes are held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
