Girls Invitation Only Classes & TeamsHot Shots • Ages 3–6Provides a more challenging gymnastics curriculum for the preschool and kindergarten gymnast. Strength and flexibility-building will be emphasized, with a focus on developing the basics for more advanced gymnastics skills. Pre-TeamThe Pre-Team class is an entry-point into our competitive-track gymnastics program. Students in this program build on their strength and flexibility, and are challenged higher-level skills and possibly preparing for eventual AAU competition. Team • Level 3, 4, 5 and 6Our Team program consists of Level 4&5 USA and 5 AAU with more levels soon to come. Although competitive gymnastics involves discipline and hard work, we pride ourselves in maintaining a fun and positive atmosphere for our gymnasts. Team is invitation only. Downloads
Participation in the Gymnastics Team is by invitation only, and is available to Recreation Plus & Total Health members.
