Youth Triathlon
Two 1-hour training sessions per week (Sunday plus one weeknight) will guide our athletes through an 12-week training regime designed to improve and develop correct running, swimming, and cycling techniques and prepare each participant for a kids triathlon right here at the MJCCA! Athletes will develop these skills as well as race etiquette in a fun, safe, and positive environment. Wellness and physical education are intrinsic to a healthy lifestyle. From absolute beginner to seasoned sports fanatic, this program will challenge every child and allow him/her to see success, achieve health and wellness goals, and reap the rewards of participation. The program culminates in a Triathlon race here at the MJCCA. This program does not conflict with other spring Youth Sports offerings at the MJCCA.

Registration Information
- Season runs Sept-Oct
- The cost to register for the MJCCA Triathlon Team Training Program includes t-shirt and the entry fee for the Triathlon Race.
- Sessions are held on Sundays and one midweek night - Alternate to Flag Football & Soccer.
