Job Title: Field Maintenance
Department: Support Services
To provide field maintenance on the sports fields of the Center, ensuring our buildings, grounds, and equipment are prepared for sports events. Assuring a safe, clean and aesthetically pleasing and equipment is maintained at peak operating conditions. To provide our members, visitors, and employees, with space and equipment in support of each event.
This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, efforts or working conditions associated with the job. The field maintenance person is responsible to the Shift Supervisor who in turn is responsible to the Supervisor of Support Services who in turn is responsible to the Director of Facilities. The Lead Support Services Housekeeper Associate is evaluated annually through the Performance Appraisal and Development Plan. A 90-day post employment evaluation may be conducted at the discretion of the Supervisor of Support Services. This determination shall be conducted at the discretion of the Supervisor of Support Services. This determination shall be made upon employment and written as part of the employee record.
The MJCCA’s Inclusion Program strives to provide the necessary accommodations and flexibility for youth who require additional support so they may access the transformative opportunities available at the MJCCA. Our Inclusion Team collaborates with parents, educators, and staff to determine if successful program placement is possible.
