Membership Project Coordinator

POSITION TITLE: Membership Project Coordinator
DEPARTMENT: Membership
FSLA: Non-exempt
HOURS: 40 hours per week (including Sundays & evenings)

Responsibilities & Duties: 

  • Create a project management calendar for all department projects
  • Maintain and monitor project plans and timelines
  • Assist manager in the enhancement of the Membership Perks business partner database
  • Assist manager in planning new member events and promotions
  • Assist director in planning membership appreciation events and retention campaigns
  • Maintain department task tracker and analyze and report numbers weekly
  • Complete and upload the monthly Silver Sneakers report
  • Organize and disperse monthly non-renewal phone calls to the membership team
  • Work with Membership Manager to produce program engagement phone call lists and scriptsto the team
  • Oversee the review of the membership and registration email and voicemail inboxes to assure a 24-hour response time
  • Process KidZone billing twice a month to include all credit card updates and corrections
  • Process Snackbar billing twice a month throughout the summer pool season
  • Assist manager in office workflow management
  • Oversee ID card printing procedure timeline
  • Ensure all project timelines and deadlines are met
  • Complete any additional projects as assigned by Director and/or department manager
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the MJCCA’s membership structure, current programs and events


  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Polished and professional appearance
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines
  • Ability to engage and exude confidence with distinguished clientele
