Studio Highlights


The NEW 2,400-sq ft Group Exercise Studio features
Les Mills® SMARTSTEP™ and SMARTBAR™ equipment, and a custom-configured sound system.

​The NEW Mind Body Studio
hosts a more robust weekly schedule with additional styles of yoga and meditation practices designed for all levels. Our Mind-Body classes are newly enhanced by tools like yoga bolsters, weighted sandbags, straps, and new blankets.

The NEW Lillie Silver Axelrod Cycle & HIIT Studio features a dedicated ride-resist-run area for true HIIT classes, new Spinner® Chrono™ Power bikes with wattage meters, MyZone® heart rate tracking technology, and new Freemotion™ Incline Trainers that go up to a 30% incline.

The NEW 1,700-sq ft FitLine Functional Fitness Studio features a 40-foot indoor turf area for sled pulls, new Olympic-style lifting bars, plenty of kettlebells and barbells, and an extended pull-up rack that spans a whole wall.

The MJCCA’s Inclusion Program strives to provide the necessary accommodations and flexibility for youth who require additional support so they may access the transformative opportunities available at the MJCCA. Our Inclusion Team collaborates with parents, educators, and staff to determine if successful program placement is possible. These youth and their families are then supported by our Inclusion Team through program accommodations and may also receive individualized assistance. Click here for more information.
