The NEW 2,400-sq ft Group Exercise Studio features Les Mills® SMARTSTEP™ and SMARTBAR™ equipment, an instructor stage, and a custom-configured sound system.
The NEW Mind-Body Studio hosts a more robust weekly schedule with additional styles of yoga and meditation practices designed for all levels. Our Mind-Body classes are newly enhanced by tools like yoga bolsters, weighted sandbags, straps, and new blankets.
The NEW Cycle & HIIT Studio features a dedicated ride-resist-run area for true HIIT classes, new Spinner® Chrono™ Power bikes with wattage meters, MyZone® heart rate tracking technology (coming soon), and new Freemotion™ Incline Trainers that go up to a 30% incline.
The NEW 1,700-sq ft FitLine™ Functional Fitness Studio features a 40-foot indoor turf area for sled pulls, new Olympic-style lifting bars, plenty of kettlebells and barbells, and an extended pull-up rack that spans a whole wall.
