The Stick With It! Challenge is Changing Lives at the MJCCA!

The Stick With It! Challenge is for you if you would like to make a positive lifestyle change and become fitter and healthier under the coaching of a professional trainer. This program is for men and women, ages 16+ who need to lose 5% or more body weight. It includes boot camp classes taught by a AFAA Certified Pro Trainer, nutritional guidance, online workouts, and motivation and support to help change your lifestyle and develop a healthier you.

  • Track your diet and exercise progress to see how your activity and food habits impact your ability to reach your goals.
  • Assess your exercise and food habits with the help of a Certified Trainer.
  • Get personalized goals based on your height and weight, so you won't be left hungry.
  • Make better food and exercise choices with tons of recipes, meal ideas, exercise demonstrations, and more.

This program includes two forty five minute sessions per week.
