Entering the Promised Land-- Not So Easy!

Wednesdays, 08-26-2020 (10 sessions)
9:30 AM to 10:30 AM
Online •

In this course we will take a fresh look at the Book of Joshua: the tension between establishing tribal boundaries and the goal to establish an autonomous state in the Promised Land. The sometimes "gruesome" stories included are meant to serve as an explanation for the circumstances on the ground at the time as well as to help establish an identity for a new generation.
