The Harvey Rubin Scholarship Award was founded in 2002 by Philip and Amy Rubin in memory of Philip's father. Currently in its 18th year, this merit-based scholarship award recognizes the outstanding leadership of a high school senior in the Marcus Jewish Community Center of Atlanta and the Atlanta Jewish community. The scholarship award of $2000 helps a Jewish teen further their education while providing a unique philanthropic opportunity to giveback through a monetary donation to a program at the MJCCA that helped develop their leadership role in the Jewish community. Application deadline is Friday, February 21, 2020.
