Whether you are headed to Latin America for the beaches of Mexico, the ancient cities of Peru, or the spectacular landscapes of Panama, odds are you are also going for the food. And there is no better way to understand the local cuisine than to head into the kitchen. We will be making black bean and mango salsa, roasted vegetable enchiladas, jicama and avocado salad, and agave cheese cakes. Margaritas will be served.
