Midrash Through Melton: The Genesis of a People (Congregation Beth Shalom)

Tuesdays, 11-05-2019 (10 sessions)
7:00 PM to 8:30 PM
Congregation Beth Shalom •

We will use the Melton Bereshit curriculum to dive into our texts further, to explore the themes of family and faith, honor and dishonor, passion and power. We will delve into the stories between the written words, the ones passed on down through the ages through voices, through emotions, and passion.

These stories take us from the universal tales of the creation of the world, the flood, and the Tower of Babel to the foundational tales of Abraham and Sarah, and the beginnings of the Jewish people.

Come be a part of the 70 faces of our Melton scholars curriculum starting at the beginning with Bereshit.
