Stress is an inevitable part of life. The way in which we respond to stress makes a difference in how we experience life and attend to our health. Using Jewish teachings and mindfulness techniques, we will practice wise and compassionate response to everyday challenges. You will develop practices of stability, resilience, and awareness. Together, we will establish a sustainable mindfulness meditation practice to help you manage stress.
This 6-week class is for beginners as well as experienced meditators who want to refresh their practice.
