Open to both members and non-members.


Focus on your health and join the Winter Wellness Challenge! Become part of a team and complete challenges, earn points, and win prizes from January 25-31 while trying new, healthy habits and exercises. Each day there's a new challenge; when you complete the challenge and post about it on our Facebook page, you get a point! Points qualify you to win various prizes throughout the week. Start following the MJCCA Fitness page on Facebook and get ready to boost your health this winter in this FREE challenge! Community members are welcome to participate in the Winter Wellness Challenge.


We're kicking off the Winter Wellness Challenge for the whole family on January 25! Adults can join us for Soulful Saturday with Rabbi Glusman from 10:15-10:45 am, followed by a BODYFLOW class from 11:00 am-12:00 pm. Kids will enjoy fun fitness and wellness games, activities, and more with Wellness through MJCCA Day Camps from 10:00 am-12:00 pm. Improve your fitness, health, and well-being as a family! Register today for these FREE events; please let us know you're coming, so we can make sure that we have enough staff on hand to make this experience an amazing one! Community members are welcome to attend Soulful Saturday.

The MJCCA’s Inclusion Program strives to provide the necessary accommodations and flexibility for youth who require additional support so they may access the transformative opportunities available at the MJCCA. Our Inclusion Team collaborates with parents, educators, and staff to determine if successful program placement is possible. These youth and their families are then supported by our Inclusion Team through program accommodations and may also receive individualized assistance. Click here for more information.
