Cartwheels/Rounds-offs – Fall ’23
view options This is a combined Cartwheels/Round-offs class.Cartwheels gymnastics classes are ideal for beginners. Gymnasts are introduced to all four gymnastics events: vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise. This class will focus on introductory skills, basic strengths, and techniques needed to progress to the next level. This class is open to boys and girls.
Round-off classes are for the intermediate recreational gymnast. This class is recommended for girls who have mastered the necessary basic skills ie, cartwheel, handstand, pullover, strong bridge, and walking with confidence on the high beam.
