Cartwheels/Rounds-offs – Spring ’23
view options This is a combined cartwheels/round-offs class. Cartwheels gymnastics classes are ideal for beginners. Students are introduced to all four gymnastics events: vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise. This class will focus on introductory skills, basic strengths, and techniques needed to progress to the next level.Round-offs classes are for the intermediate recreational gymnast. This class is recommended for girls who have mastered necessary basic skills i.e. cartwheel, handstand, pullover, strong bridge, and walk with confidence on the high beam.
