view options What's on your plate? Is your food alive? Children will dive into the exciting world of food science as we explore various aspects of culinary chemistry in our kitchen laboratory. Children will navigate gluten in flour and how to make dough rise, plus chemical reactions from mixing basic kitchen ingredients to enhance flavor. Don't miss the chance to make ice cream with liquid nitrogen and seared ahi watermelon with dry ice in this class that brings adventure into cooking.
