Join the MJCCA's Galloway Run Club. Jeff Galloway's quest for an injury-free training program led him to develop this group training program in 1978. Galloway's mission is to help people improve their lives through walking and running. Focus on achieving your distance goal injury-free, while having fun and building your fitness!
Focus on reaching your distance goal through the Galloway Method at the MJCCA. Get yourself on track for a healthier lifestyle, and train to complete your first (or not your first) half- marathon and set a PR! Running with a group will help you make new friends, encourage you to build your speed and endurance, and cross the finish line with a smile!
The training group welcomes all levels, from beginners to Boston qualifiers. Pace groups are set up to ensure a comfortable and safe training pace for every ability. We look forward to seeing you!
