Optimizing Exercise, Level 1/2 was designed for people who want a moderate to vigorous workout, addressing balance, strength, mobility, and cognitive abilities. This class is for people who are, mostly, independent and are currently exercising regularly. The inclusion criteria for this class is: no falls within the past 6 months, able to rise on/off the floor and in/out of a chair independently, and can follow multiple-step instructions.
