Outdoor Pool Birthday Party
view options Important Notes:· There will be no dates or times outside of these available for birthday party rentals.
· Pool party reservations must be made at least a week in advance
· There will only be 25 people allowed to attend the birthday party pool rental. This includes KIDS AND ADULTS!
· You will have a reserved space at our outdoor upper pool.
· The MJCCA will supply a tablecloth, napkins, plates, and forks. You may pick your basic color.
· Grills and alcohol are not permitted.
· Individuals booking the party are responsible for setup and cleanup.
Pricing Details:
· Pool parties are $250 for a designated time slot.
· A $50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking.
· The Monday after your party takes place, your card on file will automatically be charged for the remaining $200.
Guest Lists and Deadlines:
· Your complete guest list is due to Aquatics@atlantajcc.org the MONDAY before your party takes place.
· In the case of foreseeable inclement weather, you can either move your party date to another available date OR you can cancel your party.
· All cancellations are required by the Friday before your party takes place.
