Volunteer: Engage with a Purpose-Gardening – Summer ’25
view options Garden with Us at the MJCCA! Join us for a relaxing and rewarding afternoon in the MJCCA garden as we care for our beautiful, raised beds. Volunteers will help with weeding, picking vegetables, and possibly transplanting plants as needed. It’s a great way to end a summer day—dig in, connect with nature, and enjoy the fruits (and veggies!) of your labor. Our garden guide, Jimi Fadahunsi, will be there to make weeding fun and meaningful. He’ll share grounding techniques, gardening tips, and ways to bring that same care to your home or container garden.Use the link to regsiter or call our registration team at 678-812-4010 for help completing your regsitration. Which dates would you like to attend? Please let us know — you’re welcome to join us for one or more sessions!
No experience necessary—just a willingness to get your hands in the dirt and enjoy the outdoors! Meet in the lobby of the Zaban-Blank building and we'll walk down to camp together. The path to camp is partly gravel, and sidewalk.
