Work out with us every morning on the Fitness Facebook page, where we’ll be hosting LIVE workouts at 10:00 am. We are also excited to share with you a free option to help keep you active and working out at home. From Les Mills™, this platform offers 95 free workouts across eight categories. It won’t automatically collect your data, and it will remain available as long as the disruption from Coronavirus continues. We hope you also enjoy this additional way to keep your workouts going!
Rabbi G will be leading Acoustic Shabbat Live on Fridays at 6:00 pm on the MJCCA Community Engagement Facebook page. Rabbi G will also be leading Boker Tov on Mondays at 10:00 am and Shabbat Sing Fridays at 10:00 am on The Weinstein School’s Facebook page and Camp Shabbat Fridays at 2:00 pm on the MJCCA Day Camps Facebook page. The MJCCA Athletics program encourages kids to stay active at home while school is out for an extended period of time. Action for Healthy Kids, a nonprofit organization that promotes a focus on health, fitness, and wellness in schools, has provided some amazing resources to keep your kids happy, engaged, and focused on their overall health while at home

The MJCCA’s Inclusion Program strives to provide the necessary accommodations and flexibility for youth who require additional support so they may access the transformative opportunities available at the MJCCA. Our Inclusion Team collaborates with parents, educators, and staff to determine if successful program placement is possible. These youth and their families are then supported by our Inclusion Team through program accommodations and may also receive individualized assistance. Click here for more information.
