Ultimate Classes

FITLINE Functional fitness provides you with the strength, stability, power, and endurance you need to thrive. Every class uses basic functional movement like pushing, pulling, squatting, rotating, carrying, and walking/running.
TRX Born in the Navy SEALs, suspension training body- weight exercises develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. You'll perform timed interval sets combining TRX suspension training and cardio drills.
ULTIMATE PILATES Sculpt your legs, lift your seat, create sexy and defined shoulders and get rock hard abs. This workout infuses the principles of classical ballet with the pilates reformer, tower, mat, and jumpboard.
H.E.A.T. Our high-intensity interval workout includes core and sculpting drills between incline trainer/ treadmill blocks at running, jogging, and/ or walking pace.

LIFT Let us introduce you to the fundamentals of Olympic Weightlifting! Learn technique drills and progressions for training the Olympic lifts (Clean, Jerk, Snatch) from a qualified, experienced coach.
Dry Tri Train like a triathlete without water! Will include running, biking, and mystery weighted exercises. Get ready for the challenge!

Group Exercise Classes

BODYATTACK High-energy, with moves that cater from beginners to addicts and gets you fit for the sport of life.
BODYCOMBAT High-energy, martial arts-inspired, non-contact workout. Punch, kick and strike your way to fitness.
BODYPUMP A barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit. Use light to moderate weights with lots of repetition to get a total body workout.
BODYSTEP Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of this full-body cardio workout that really tones your posterior chain (glutes and thighs).
CORE INTERVALS  This class incorporates short bursts of intense cardio and strength training to boost your metabolism, increase your anaerobic threshold and build overall strength. Prepare to have fun, but work hard!
CORE MOTION Build muscular & cardio strength using medicine balls, gliding discs, tubing, body bars, and your own body. All exercises focus on your core and the major muscles of your body.
CORE ZUMBA Spend the first half of class working your core and earning your reward for the second half- a fun Latin dance party we like to call Zumba!
CYCLE HIIT 60  Our signature 60-minute cycle HIIT class is designed to target multiple muscle groups for an efficient and effective total body workout. We'll alternate between spinning drills and floor work (cardio, strength training and functional moves).
CYCLE HIIT 45  Short on time? This session delivers all of the benefits of our CYCLE HIIT 60 class in just 45 minutes with a unique twist. We'll target multiple muscle groups using compound movements for efficiency and effectiveness.
HARD CORE (30 min) Exercising the muscles of the core of your body, provides the vital ingredient for a stronger, leaner body.
LES MILLS TONE (45 min) If you want the optimal mix of strength, cardio, and core training this is it. Step into a LM TONE class and you'll tick off a complete workout in 45 mins. The challenging mix of lunges, squats, functional training and tubing exercises will help you burn calories and take your fitness to the next level. Also a great foundational class, LM TONE has a wide variety of options accommodating all fitness levels ensuring everyone leaves feeling awesome.
LOW & LIGHT Low impact for all fitness levels. First half includes low-impact cardio. The second half includes sculpting with weights, bands and/or body weight.
POUND (45 min) Sweat, Sculpt & ROCK in this cardio jam session inspired by drumming. You won't just listen to music- you'll become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements. The perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, tonining up and rockin' out!
REV CYCLE (45 min) You don't have to be a cyclist to benefit from the calorie burn of the Cycle Studio. Rev Cycle is high energy, fast- paced fun for all members. Experience heart pumping hills, high intensity drills and all out sprints blended with some choreographed strength work- ight free weights are likely be used in this class.
RPM CYCLE (45 min) Indoor cycling set to the rhythm of motivating music. Burn calories and get quicker and fitter fast.
RPM PLUS 60-minute version of RPM (See 'RPM' description for details).
STUDIO CYCLE Here is your opportunity to burn max calories in 60 minutes! Rolling hills, steep climbs, flat roads and high speed interval training...anything goes in this class, Instructors choose the best profile for a great sweat!
SUPER SCULPT A workout guaranteed to strengthen and challenge you, using various resistance tools to sculpt & define the body.
ZUMBA A fun, insanely addictive dance workout. Zumba fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves. This is an ego-free zone- no dance experience required.

Mind-Body Classes

BODYFLOW Bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Strengthen your entire body and leave feeling calm and centered.
IYENGAR YOGA Emphasizes the precise physical alignment of the body within yoga poses. Props, such as blocks and belts, are used to practice the postures with ideal alignment.
MAT PILATES Focuses on the core muscles that balance the body, awareness of breath and alignment of the spine. Can help ease or prevent back pain.
MORNING MEDITATION (30 min) An easy, 30 minute morning meditation to check in with yourself and get ready for the day.
POWER VINYASA Radiate energy with fun Vinyasa sequences that strengthen and open your body through fast-paced, total-body flows. Power Vinyasa is a full-body experience that will not only develop your athleticism, but also provide the mental benefits of a breath-based practice. This is a great class for intermediate yogis looking to build strength and be challenged by high-energy flows. We offer 60-minute and 75-minute classes that range in difficulty from low to high intensity.
SUNRISE YOGA Gentle flow to wake you up and get you going and flowing into the rest of your day (45 min).
TAI CHI The Chinese martial art that is practiced for health and longevity. Tai Chi is for beginners who desire greater balance, strength, clearer breathing & focus.
VINYASA FLOW YOGA A mixture of strength and cardio without losing the mindful essence of yoga. It's the perfect combo of sweat and shaking muscles. It sounds intimidating, but it's accessible for everyone. You don't have to be anything but yourself to give this class a try.
YIN YOGA/ WARM YIN YOGA. In this class floor poses are held for extended periods of time with the muscles relaxed to allow gravity time to work on the muscles, connective tissue, joints, and even the bones. Because of the nature of the longs holds it is a great time for inner- reflection and meditation as well as developing a deeper awareness of both the body and the breath.
YOGA FOR EVERY BODY (45 min) Experience a more grounded yoga practice appropriate for those returning to physical movement after time away and/ or simply needing to treat the body to a gentler flow.
ZEN-GA A unique mind-body modality that fuses elements of Pilates, yoga, martial arts and meditation into a series of flowing movements that emphasize the breath and strengthen both body and mind. ZEN-GA is designed to stimulate the fascial system and build endurance, strength, mobility and stability while cultivating a greater sense of physical awareness that extends beyond the workout experience.

Free Childcare

MJCCA Ultimate and Preferred Members receive two FREE hours of Kid Zone childcare per family per day, for all children on the membership, while working out at the MJCCA Zaban Park Campus. Ultimate and Preferred Individual Members who do not have children included on the membership may receive the same service for $10 per child per month.
