Jewish Learning
The MJCCA’s Lisa F. Brill Institute for Jewish Learning is Atlanta’s largest Jewish education program for adults. It offers a broad range of diverse learning opportunities taught by some of the city’s most outstanding Jewish scholars, rabbis, and educators. Classes are offered virtually, at the MJCCA’s Dunwoody campus and at satellite locations throughout the metro Atlanta area, making learning convenient for everyone.
A number of classes follow curricula from the Florence Melton School of Adult Jewish Learning (Melton). Melton is the largest pluralistic adult Jewish education network in the world and sets the standard for high-quality, text-based, interactive Jewish study.
Additional Learning Opportunities
Introduction to Judaism classes are offered for anyone interested in beginning to explore Judaism. These classes cover a variety of topics, including the fundamentals of Jewish thought, Jewish holidays, lifecycle events, history, and so much more. And join your friends at the MJCCA’s Lunch ‘n Learn series, which features local rabbis discussing topics of their choice. Bring a bag lunch or purchase a meal at A Healthy Touch Café.
