Spin Classes

Ready to ride? Check out our indoor cycling classes for an efficient and effective total body workout that targets multiple muscle groups! Our Cycle & HIIT Studio features 15 Spinner® Chrono™ Power bikes with wattage meters. Classes include Rev Cycle, Cycle HIIT, and Studio Cycle!

Mind & Mat Classes

Build mind and muscle while reducing stress and anxiety and improving your overall well-being! We offer classes designed for all levels like Vinyasa Flow, Yoga for Everyone, Power Vinyasa, and, as a LES MILLS partner gym, BODYFLOW.

Water Fitness Classes

Make a splash in your workout routine with a variety of classes that take place in the MJCCA heated indoor pool. Whether you’re ready to jump into the deep end or stay in shallower waters, there’s something for everyone!

Please note: children are not allowed in the pool during Water Fitness classes, except during the 6:30 pm classes or if they are lap swimming.

Reservations for fitness classes are required via Mindbody. Instructions on using Mindbody can be found here.
