Need child care while you work out?
MJCCA Ultimate and Preferred Members receive two FREE hours of Kid Zone childcare per family per day, for all children on the membership, while working out at the MJCCA Zaban Park Campus. Ultimate and Preferred Individual Members who do not have children included on the membership may receive the same service for $10 per child per month. 24-hour advanced reservations are required. Please note: Kid Zone is currently closed due to the pandemic.
LES MILLS Classes
The MJCCA offers LES MILLS Group Fitness Classes, a series of classes that include great music, passionate instructors, and exhilarating workouts. The Les Mills and other Group Exercise classes we offer include BODYSTEP, BODYCOMBAT, Zumba, Yoga, and so many more.
TRX®, Pilates & FitLine™ Functional Fitness Classes
TRX: Born in the Navy SEALs, this body-weight suspension training exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. You’ll perform timed interval sets combing TRX suspension training and cardio drills.
Ultimate Pilates: Sculpt your legs, lift your seat, create defined shoulders, and get rock-hard abs. This workout infuses the principles of classical ballet with the Pilates reformer, tower, mat, and jumpboard.
FitLine™ Functional Fitness: Small group functional training classes provide you with the strength, stability, power, and endurance that you need to thrive as you move through life. Every workout uses basic functional movement patterns like pushing, pulling, hinging, squatting, rotating, carrying and walking/ running.
Indoor Cycling Classes
Ready to ride? Our Cycle HIIT Studio features a dedicated ride-resist-run area for true HIIT classes, new Spinner® Chrono™ Power bikes with wattage meters, Myzone® heart rate tracking technology, and new Freemotion™ Incline Trainers that go up to a 30% incline.
Yoga & Pilates Classes
Our Mind Body studio is dedicated to offering more yoga, Pilates, and meditation classes designed for all levels because we truly believe that strength comes from within. Our Mind-Body classes are newly enhanced by tools like yoga bolsters, weighted sandbags, straps, and new blankets.
Meditation classes at the MJCCA give members the tools to reduce stress and anxiety, handle your reactions, and improve your mental and emotional well-being. You’ll get to dig deep during our Pilates classes that will not only clear your mind but also strengthen your body. And there’s nothing like setting an intention at the start of every yoga class to stay focused on what matters most.
