About the MJCCA

The MJCCA engages and connects the community

Our exceptional preschools, award-winning camps, outstanding cultural events, and invigorating sports and fitness programs engage and entertain people of all ages and backgrounds. The MJCCA strengthens the quality of life in Atlanta and is recognized as one of the most highly regarded Jewish Community Centers in the nation.

The Marcus JCC has served our Atlanta community for more than 100 years and is widely regarded as one of the premier JCCs in the country. Originally founded in 1910 as the Jewish Educational Alliance, the Zaban Park site in Dunwoody was added in 1961. In 2000, Zaban Park became the main campus, and at that time, the agency was renamed the Marcus Jewish Community Center of Atlanta.

To foster and ensure a vibrant greater Atlanta Jewish community by providing programs and services of distinction that attract, involve, and inspire meaningful connections and promote Jewish values.

The MJCCA is the leading-edge Jewish connector and catalyst of transformational experiences for greater Atlanta.

The MJCCA’s values guide our approach to foster and ensure a vibrant greater Atlanta Jewish community through:

  • Strengthening Jewish life
  • Best-in-class programming and services
  • Safety and inclusion
  • Collaboration through mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Fiscal responsibility

This page recognizes the major institutions who partner with the MJCCA to elevate our mission. We are also privileged to partner with a plethora of other grantors, sponsors, and communal agencies and we are grateful for their support as well.
