Pickleball
Pickleball is a fun, low-impact game that’s sure to get your heart rate going—and there happens to be a lot of healthy competition at the MJCCA. Combine tennis, table tennis, and badminton and you have pickleball. Reservations are required for outdoor pickleball via Playbypoint.
Make a splash in your workout routine with a variety of classes that take place in the MJCCA heated indoor pool. Whether you’re ready to jump into the deep end or stay in shallower waters, there’s something for everyone! Reservations are required via Mindbody.
We are proud to participate in the SilverSneakers® and Renew Active™ programs. Our specialized low-impact SilverSneakers® classes focus on improving and increasing muscular strength, endurance, mobility, flexibility, range of motion, balance, and coordination. Renew Active™ members have access to SilverSneakers® classes. SilverSneakers® and Renew Active™ members have access to the MJCCA during the hours of 10:00 am-4:00 pm.
