The MJCCA Youth Fitness Program is designed to promote wellness and instill a lifelong passion for physical fitness.


In a supportive environment that is welcoming to youth at all fitness levels, participants learn new skills and improve their overall health in carefully designed programs that span running, cross training, strength training, FitLine™, and yoga.

Supportive instructors stress the importance of healthy nutrition, proper stretching, core conditioning, technique, pacing, and goal-setting, all designed to achieve the overall goal of fincreased health and wellness.
