Pickleball is a fun, low-impact game that’s sure to get your heart rate going—and there happens to be a lot of healthy competition at the MJCCA. Combine tennis, table tennis, and badminton and you have pickleball. Reservations are required via Mindbody.

SilverSneakers® is an innovative, nationally-recognized health, exercise, and wellness program designed to help older adults live healthy, active lifestyles. Our specialized low-impact SilverSneakers® classes focus on improving and increasing muscular strength, endurance, mobility, flexibility, range of motion, balance, and coordination. SilverSneakers® members have access to the MJCCA during the hours of 10:00 am-4:00 pm.
