view options October 6 – Introduction: Get to know the basics of the camera. Learn about aperture, shutter speed, and ISO. This class will also introduce composition and framing.October 13 - Photo Scavenger Hunt: Join us for a photo walk around the MJCCA’s 52-acre campus, capturing concepts and objects along the way. Enjoy the fresh air while learning to use your camera.
October 20 - Stop Action Photography: Stop action refers to capturing a subject in motion so that it is frozen and in focus. Learn more about different styles of photography that can be achieved by also slowing down the shutter speed.
October 27 - The Art of Portraits: Learn how to capture an intriguing portrait by using various lights, focal lengths, and compositions. Every subject has a story, learn to use the art of photography to share that story.
