Zaban Sharks Intermediate Swim Team – Fall ’24
view options ZBN Intermediate Swim Team is dedicated to helping swimmers achieve legal strokes. This is a recreational group that swims minimal yardage. The focus of every practice is helping swimmers understand the fundamentals of all four strokes. To begin swimming with the Bronze, a swimmer must know how to swim freestyle and backstroke without stopping and must have a basic (not necessarily legal) understanding of breaststroke. They must also know side breathing, along with being able to perform a kneeling dive with a head-first entry. They will be focusing more on technique and increasing their yardage to prepare for the next level.EVERYONE MUST BE EVALUATED BY THE HEAD COACH BEFORE REGISTERING
*This program may involve participation in competitions and events on Fridays and/or Saturdays in collaboration with third parties. These events are not currently included on the program's schedule, and details will be shared as they are confirmed during the course of the program.
