Purchase Tickets
Online: Tickets may be purchased online at marcusjcc.showclix.com. Online ticket purchases incur a $1.25 per ticket service charge.

Phone: Tickets may be purchased by phone at 678.812.4002. Ticket purchases made by phone incur a 25¢ per ticket service charge.

Box Office: Tickets may be purchased at the Box Office during the hours listed below. Ticket purchases made at the Box Office incur a 25¢ per ticket service charge.

Policies

Payment: The Box Office accepts cash, check, Visa, American Express, Discover, and MasterCard.

Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable.

Exchanges: Ticket exchanges will incur a $2.00 per ticket exchange fee plus the difference of the ticket price if the new ticket price is greater.

Ticket Surcharges: There is a $1.25 surcharge on all tickets purchased online or by phone during non-Box Office hours. There is a $0.25 surcharge on all tickets purchased by phone during Box Office hours or at the Box Office. There is no surcharge for free events.

Reservations: The Box Office does not take reservations, however tickets may be purchased by phone with a credit card.

MJCCA Member Discount: Discount applies only when the tickets are being purchased by a MJCCA member. MJCCA membership must be valid at the time of the ticket purchase.

Seating: Performances have reserved seating unless indicated as general admission. The house will open 30 minutes prior to the start time of each performance.

Handicapped Seating: Please notify the Box Office of any restricted mobility issues at the time of ticket purchase so that we many provide appropriate seating. Patrons with special needs will receive priority seating.

Group Sales

Coming to the theater as a group has many benefits, including big savings and guaranteed seats.

Group discounts:

» Groups of 60-120 save $3.00 on single ticket prices
» Groups of 120+ save $5.00 on single ticket prices
