MJCCA’s Youth Basketball program offers players the opportunity to learn sportsmanship, fundamentals, and hone in on their skills in our competitive leagues.
Our player development program for Pre-K through 6th grade runs August-November and March-May and winter basketball leagues for Pre-K through 8th grade run November-February.
Coaches Wanted! Coaching one of our youth sports teams can be a remarkably rewarding experience. You’ll instill important values such as teamwork, respect for others, and good sportsmanship that will stay with kids throughout their life. All MJCCA coaches have access to resources, tips, and opportunities to attend professional coaching clinics run by our staff. Email us to learn more.
Our team received excellent coaching, my son had a great time, and the teams were small enough that all players had a lot of time on the court.

The MJCCA’s Inclusion Program strives to provide the necessary accommodations and flexibility for youth who require additional support so they may access the transformative opportunities available at the MJCCA. Our Inclusion Team collaborates with parents, educators, and staff to determine if successful program placement is possible. These youth and their families are then supported by our Inclusion Team through program accommodations and may also receive individualized assistance. Click here for more information.
Jewish Values & MJCCA Youth Sports
MJCCA Youth Sports, guided by the Center for Experiential Jewish Education, integrates Jewish values into athletics through coach-led lessons, team discussions, community service, and events that emphasize sportsmanship, gratitude, and Tikkun Olam.
