Blessing of the Pets is Back!

The MJCCA’s annual Blessing of the Pets festival is free and open to the community. Leashed or caged pets of all kinds are welcome to enjoy an afternoon filled with exciting activities. A very special pet blessing ceremony will be performed by Rabbi Glusman. This fun-filled festival includes a local vendor fair, live entertainment, pet Frisbee contests, a silent auction, and K-9 demonstrations. Low-cost vaccinations, micro-chipping, physical exams, and adoptions will also be available.

A registration fee is required to participate in an optional two-mile walk, sponsored by PuppyUp, to raise money to support a cure for canine and human cancers. To pre-register for the PuppyUp dog walk, visit Blessing of the Pets or register online at puppyup.org.
