Kitchen Combo: Food Science & Kitchen 101 - Spring '26

We will explore the kitchen with a hybrid of sessions. Some weeks, we will learn about how food and science co-exist in the kitchen; other weeks, we will focus on learning skills to make us better in the kitchen.

Fun with food science with liquid nitrogen to make our own flavors of dipp'n'dots, or making grape jelly noodles with sun butter dust ... and kitchen 101 skills of making our own scrambled eggs, or making a simple snack.
