Children and Families are Invited to Company J's Production of "A Year With Frog & Toad"
Company J at the MJCCA, continues its inaugural mainstage season, May 9 – 13, 2012, with a charming family musical – A Year With Frog & Toad. Cheerful Frog and grumpy Toad hop from the page to the stage in this wonderful production. Conceived by Arnold Lobel's daughter, Adrianne Lobel, A Year With Frog & Toad remains true to the spirit of the original stories as it follows these two great friends through four fun-filled seasons. Come along with Lobel’s well-loved characters, as they wake from hibernation in the spring, and then proceed to plant gardens, swim, rake leaves and go sledding, learning life lessons along the way, including a most important one about friendship and rejoicing in the attributes that make each of us different and special.

The 2011-2011 Company J Season Concludes
Company J’s season concludes with the 2012 Teen Summer Stock Musical, Spring Awakening. Winner of 8 Tony Awards, including Best Musical, Spring Awakening is a rock musical adaptation of the controversial 19th century play that explores, with poignancy and passion, the turbulent journey from adolescence to adulthood. This show is recommended for audiences 17 years and older.
