Details: Camp Marie Benator offers preschoolers a fun, safe, and nurturing summer camp experience! Children 6 weeks-Pre-K will make new friends, enjoy exciting activities like water play, music, swimming and splash pad, nature walks, cooking, and more! Details: Splash into Shabbat with MJCCA East Cobb/Roswell. Share challah and grape juice with your friends and start Shabbat off with a splash!

Name of Program: Dive Into Shabbat – Pool Party at the MJCCA
When: June 1, June 15, June 29, 5:00 – 7:00 pm
Where: MJCCA (5342 Tilly Mill Road)
Who: Families; Open to the community
Cost: Free (snacks available for purchase)
Details: Celebrate Shabbat with family and friends at the MJCCA Outdoor Pool and Splash Pad. Bring your own picnic or potluck to share with friends. Open swim begins at 5:00 pm followed by Shabbat songs and blessings with Rabbi Glusman at 6:00 pm. Drinks and snacks available for purchase. Free ice pops, challah and grape juice! Bring your friends and enjoy this unique Shabbat celebration. This event is free and open to the entire community! In case of rain or threatening weather, please call our weather hotline at 678.812.4011 on the afternoon of the event.

Name of Program: Zumbini® Summer Sessions

Cost: Members $80; Nonmembers $100
Details: Created by Zumba® and BabyFirst for kids ages 0-4, the Zumbini® program combines music, dance, and educational tools for 45 minutes of can’t-stop, won’t-stop bonding, learning, and fun! These sessions will not only nurture your child’s love of movement, but will give you a chance to nurture your inner child, as well! Each session includes a Zumbini® bundle for you and your child to take home and enjoy.

Name of Program: Young Adults Co-Ed Sports Leagues (Tennis, Softball, Bowling)

Where: MJCCA (5342 Tilly Mill Road); Bowlmor Lanes (2175 Savoy Drive)
Who: Young adults ages 21-35; Open to the community
Cost: Cost varies
Details: Join us for our co-ed young adults sports leagues! It’s a great way to make new friends and enjoy some healthy competition! This June, our tennis and softball leagues will be starting up. Tennis sessions are Mondays June 4 – July 16 from 7:00 – 10:00 pm, and Softball sessions are Wednesdays June 13-August 8 from 7:00 – 10:00 pm. Additionally, our Bowling league will meet at Bowlmor Lanes every Tuesday July 10-August 28 from 7:30-9:30 pm.

Name of Program: Summer Kickoff Pool Party
When: Sunday, June 10, 12:00 – 3:00 pm

Who: Families and adults of all ages; Open to the community
Cost: Free (snacks available for purchase)
Details: The entire community is invited to a FREE pool party and community celebration at the MJCCA! Participants will enjoy the beautiful MJCCA outdoor pools and splash park! The day will feature music, door prizes, face painting, games, activities and more! FREE ice pops for children. Food will be available for purchase from the outdoor cafe. Co-sponsors include The Aha Connection, Dunwoody Homeowners Association and Neighbor Newspapers.

Where: Georgia Public Safety Training Center (1000 Indian Springs Drive)
Who: Adults of all ages; Open to the community

Details: If you love criminal justice dramas on TV, you won’t want to miss this exciting trip to the Georgia Public Safety Training Center in Forsyth where you will serve as a jury member for a mock trial. This is a full day of interactive fun, as you participate in a trial from start to finish. Fee includes transportation, breakfast reception, lunch, and participation in mock trial.
