MJCCA, JF&CS, and JFGA Invite Atlanta's 65+ Community to Feed Their Mind, Body & Soul at Senior Day at the MJCCA

The Marcus Jewish Community Center of Atlanta (MJCCA), in partnership with the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta (JFGA), and Jewish Family & Career Services (JF&CS), will host Senior Day at the MJCCA on Monday, May 2, 2016, from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm. Atlanta-area seniors (65+) are invited to choose three activities from a list that includes cooking, art, barre dance classes, yoga meditation, and water aerobics. The nominal registration fee of $5.00 includes a kosher dairy or vegetarian lunch. For information, visit online at: atlantajcc.org/seniorday.
Transportation Provided
JF&CS Alterman Jets will provide transportation to and from the MJCCA from eight convenient Metro-Atlanta locations, including: Toco Hills NORC Office; Congregations Beth Jacob; The Renaissance on Peachtree; Huntcliff Summit; Hammond Glen; Zaban Tower; Congregation Etz Chaim, and Chabad of Cobb.
“We have an exciting day planned with a wide selection of activities so local seniors can spend a meaningful afternoon learning new skills, exercising their minds and bodies, and spending time with friends – old and new,” said Ashley Cohen, director of the MJCCA’s Mature Adults Department. “Together with JFGA and JF&CS we are happy to bring a great day of superior programs to Atlanta’s senior community.”
